Preparation
- Serving size:11 oz (calculated)Notes: 1 big jar ('cause it will be empty quickly!)
- First, soak the cashew nuts in fresh water for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Strain the cashew nuts and place them in a food processor with the water and lemon juice. Combine the ingedients to a creamy consistency.
- Add the nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and chopped herbs to taste and combine it well with the food processor.
- Enjoy this heavenly even-better-than-dairy-cream-cheese. Feel free to experiment with the amounts and kinds of herbs and spices. You might also add some paprika or spirulina powder.
