Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    2.60 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1 muffin
  2. Temperature: 356 °F (preheated, circulating air)
  1. Whisk together the softened butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Stir in the yogurt.
  3. Mash the bananas and stir them in.
  4. Mix together the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  5. Add about half the dry ingredients and stir them in, then repeat with the remaining half.
  6. Stir in the chopped chocolate.
  7. Line a muffin tray with muffin liners. Alternatively, grease the pan.
  8. Divide the batter equally, about 1/4 cup per muffin.
  9. Bake in the oven until done, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. Let cool and enjoy.
