Preparation

  1. Serving size:

  1. Warm the milk.
  2. Chop the white bread and soak it in the milk for about 10 minutes.
  3. Chop the onion and sauté it in some butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the sautéd onion, eggs and egg yolks and the chopped parsley to the soaked bread and knead it.
  5. Form dumplings and cook them for about 15 minutes in salted water.
