3 drops Cloves, ground
3 drops Cinnamon, ground

Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    0.74 oz (calculated)
    1 tbsp (by recipe creator)
  2. Temperature: 356 °F
  1. Wash and pit the plums.
  2. Blend them with a food processor. Alternatively chop them.
  3. Mix the plums with the spices in a large pot. The pot should not be filled more than 2/3.
  4. Put in the oven for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. The jam will deepen in color as it cooks.
  5. Sterilize jam glasses and lids by boiling them for 10 minutes in water.
  6. Blend and fill the jam into sterilized glasses right after removing them from the water. Do not dry off the glasses or the lids.
  7. Seal the glasses with the lids and turn them over.
  8. The recipe for 2 kg of plums (96 servings) fills about 7 jam glasses for 210 ml.
