Preparation
- Serving size:4 oz (calculated)Notes: 1 cup of sesame cucumber salad
- Spiralize the cucumber and put it in a sieve to drain the excess moisture. Alternatively, finely slice the cucumber.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Pat dry the cucumber, then toss it in the dressing.
- Serve the salad topped with 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds.
