Preparation
- Serving size:10.20 oz (calculated)Notes: 1 piece measuring about 12 cm by 8 cm by 2.5 cm (4 3/4 in by 3 1/8 in by 1 in); sufficient as a main meal
- Temperature: 350 °F
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, brown the beef, about 5 minutes. You can use pork, chicken or turkey instead, if you prefer.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the alfredo sauce. Season with salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
- Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the excess moisture.
- In a large casserole, spread half of the meat sauce.
- Top with half of the white sauce, then half of the spinach.
- Sprinkle on half of the mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers.
- Bake until the cheese has melted and turned golden-brown, about half an hour.
- You can store the dish in an airtight container for 5 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer. If possible, thaw overnight in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
