Preparation
- Serving size:0.35 oz (calculated)Notes: 1 cluster of 5 chocolate hazelnuts
- Chop up the chocolate. If you have a food processor, you can blend the chocolate in it.
- Set aside about 1/8 of the chocolate.
- Microwave the bulk of the chocolate for 1 minute at 600 Watts.
- Stir. If the chocolate is not melted yet, continue to microwave in 10-second blasts, stirring in between.
- Once melted, stir in the remaining chocolate and then the hazelnuts.
- On a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper, spoon on 5 chocolate-covered hazelnuts in a cluster.
- Let cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
