Preparation
- Serving size:5.40 oz (calculated)Notes: 2/3 cup
- In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds, flaxseed meal and sweetener.
- Stir in the hot water and let sit for 2 or 3 minutes. The porridge will get quite firm as the flaxseed meal and chia seeds absorb the water. Optionally add more water if you want it to be softer.
- Stir in the cream.
- Optionally add some nut butter, chopped nuts, cinnamon.
- Serve as is or garnished with fresh berries.
