2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal, Flax Flour, partially de-oiled
2 tsp Erythritol

Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    5.40 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 2/3 cup
  1. In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds, flaxseed meal and sweetener.
  2. Stir in the hot water and let sit for 2 or 3 minutes. The porridge will get quite firm as the flaxseed meal and chia seeds absorb the water. Optionally add more water if you want it to be softer.
  3. Stir in the cream.
  4. Optionally add some nut butter, chopped nuts, cinnamon.
  5. Serve as is or garnished with fresh berries.
  6. Enjoy!
