Temperature:
In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal (or ground flaxseed), psyllium husk, salt and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, water and apple cider vinegar. Add half the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Stir in the sliced garlic and grated cheese. Instead of Grana Padano, you can also use a different Italian hard cheese, such as Asiago or parmesan. Add the remaining dry ingredients and continue to stir until all of the flour is fully incorporated. Transfer the mix into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper, or use a silicone mould. For example, use a 9 in by 5 in (23 cm by 12.5 cm) pan. Bake until done, about 35 to 45 minutes. The bread should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Then remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a cooling rack. Once fully cooled, slice and enjoy! # Meal Prep Tip You can slice the bread and then store the loaf in the fridge in an airtight container (for up to 7 days). Or freeze part of the loaf in slices. You can then easily defrost the whole batch, or toast individual slices as needed.
