Preparation

  1. Serving size:
    0.59 oz (calculated)
    Notes: 1 mini muffin
  2. Temperature: 356 °F (preheated, circulating air)
  1. Whisk together the softened butter and sugar.
  2. Add the eggs and continue to whisk.
  3. Sieve the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt) into a separate bowl and mix together.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Line a mini muffin trays with mini muffin liners. Alternatively, grease the pan.
  6. Divide the batter equally, about a table spoon for each muffin.
  7. Bake in the oven until done, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Let cool and optionally decorate to your heart's content. We used 100 g of chocolate for 24 muffins and some gummi bears.
