Preparation
- Serving size:0.59 oz (calculated)Notes: 1 mini muffin
- Temperature: 356 °F (preheated, circulating air)
- Whisk together the softened butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs and continue to whisk.
- Sieve the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt) into a separate bowl and mix together.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Line a mini muffin trays with mini muffin liners. Alternatively, grease the pan.
- Divide the batter equally, about a table spoon for each muffin.
- Bake in the oven until done, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let cool and optionally decorate to your heart's content. We used 100 g of chocolate for 24 muffins and some gummi bears.
