Whisk together the softened butter and sugar. Add the eggs and continue to whisk. Sieve the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt) into a separate bowl and mix together. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Line a mini muffin trays with mini muffin liners. Alternatively, grease the pan. Divide the batter equally, about a table spoon for each muffin. Bake in the oven until done, about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool and optionally decorate to your heart's content. We used 100 g of chocolate for 24 muffins and some gummi bears. Enjoy!
